At Interbruk s.c., the priority is to ensure the safe and punctual delivery of any goods ordered. We understand that transporting heavy loads is a challenging and responsible task, so we aim to minimise any potential logistical difficulties for our customers.

We offer various packaging options for our products, tailored to the type of goods and customer preferences. Granite setts can be delivered in BIGBAGs or in bulk, according to the customer’s preference, like the other products we pack on pallets, which ensures safe and efficient transport and facilitates unloading.

The cost of delivery depends on many factors, such as the quantity, weight and type of goods, as well as the method of packaging. Also, the prices offered by different transport companies can affect the final cost of delivery. We endeavour to tailor our transport services to the individual needs of each customer to ensure the most competitive conditions.

In the case of delivery on pallets, the customer is responsible for organising the unloading process, which is key to making the delivery run smoothly and preventing any delays or logistical problems.
Our team is committed to handling each order individually, ensuring the highest quality of service and minimising any delivery inconvenience. Our aim is not only to deliver the highest quality products, but also to ensure that the delivery process is as hassle-free as possible.

Lead times depend on the size and specifics of the order. It is usually between two and four weeks, however, this can be reduced if the product is in stock.

In some situations, waiting times may be extended. This may be due to individual orders for non-standard products that require longer lead times. In addition, the large volume ordered may result in longer preparation and delivery times.

The possibility of fortuitous events, such as natural disasters, supply disruptions or technical problems, which may affect delivery times, should also be taken into account. In such cases, we ensure constant communication and make every effort to deliver the order as quickly as possible.
